Description

We welcome you to fully immersive Sim Racing!

When we set out to develop a direct drive wheelbase, we wanted to create the best Sim Racing wheelbase on the market by every measured parameter without breaking the bank. We had bigger aspirations than just reselling a standard industrial servo motor and fitting everything else around it. It was a challenging task, but just like our award-winning pedals and steering wheels, we started from scratch.

After purchasing IP from leading vendors and implementing it, partnering with Mige, a motor supplier famous in Sim Racing, and developing ground-up electronics, software, firmware, mechanics, collaboration, design, testing, and validation over years, we are now ready! The Invicta™ 27Nm, Forte® 18Nm, and La Prima™ 12Nm wheelbases are complete.

At Asetek SimSports®, faithful to the spirit of our other products, whether you purchase the entry-level La Prima™ series or the top-level Invicta™ products, you will receive the same quality, durability, superior engineering, and most importantly, the same user experience. Each wheelbase, from 12-27Nm, features high-end 22-bit encoders, slip rings, and electronics, offering an unparalleled driving experience free of cogging or lagging. Of course, all critical components are made of aluminum and steel.

All Asetek SimSports® wheelbases provide smooth, ultra-responsive, and accurate feedback, allowing drivers to feel even the smallest bumps or curbs on the road. For example, the resolution of our wheelbases is 0.000085 degrees, which translates to approximately 4,000,000 steps per wheel revolution! This means, with Asetek SimSports® wheelbases, you do not have to choose between a true hi-fi driver experience and affordability. You can have it all!

All wheelbases are designed from scratch, allowing us to develop a very compact and flexible form factor that can adapt to any rig or need. The wheelbase serves as the central hub of the simulator, connecting to Asetek SimSports® pedals, wheels, and up to five USB-S ports at the back for future peripherals.

The base, in its simplest installation method (factory default), comes with T-nuts pre-installed in the grooves on the bottom, allowing the motor to slide forward and backward on the rig without long and costly steering wheel spacers that could compromise the lifespan and reliability of the wheelbase. We have developed mount options for all wheelbases to suit any rig, from table clamps, bottom mount, side mount, to front mount.

Many Sim Racers love to tinker with and show off their machines. Hence, we implemented four fully customizable aRGB LED strips, allowing you to match the wheelbase with other Asetek SimSports® equipment, team colors, or even the color of your fireproof racing underwear! The wheelbase is managed by the central software RaceHub™ and, like other Asetek SimSports® equipment, can be adjusted to suit your preferences and driving experience!

All Asetek SimSports® wheelbases come with our unique Quick-Release that's as easy to use as shifting gears - literally, just push the paddle to detach the wheel from the base! Of course, we don't use wireless signals, batteries that require charging, or cables that can break or disconnect. Of course, wireless signals, batteries that require charging, and cables that can fray or disconnect are all included in our easy-to-use, no-play quick release.

We understand that many Sim Racers have personal preferences for steering wheels, and instead of locking you into a specific ecosystem, we have partnered with many major wheel vendors that offer native support for the Asetek SimSports® Direct Drive wheelbase.

Asetek SimSports® wheels enhance competitiveness by pursuing performance and precision without compromise. They also deliver the quality and durability expected from Asetek. Designed to last. Designed, assembled, and tested in Denmark!
