Description
The Asetek SimSports® Invicta Pedals represent the pinnacle of Sim Racing gear. The hydraulic Sim Racing pedals are designed with the feel, durability, and ease of use of a real racing car in mind. Additionally, by using the Asetek SimSports® RaceHub™ software, experienced Sim Racers can experience a wealth of advanced features. Unlike many Sim Racing products on the market, no specialized skills are needed to unlock its potential.
The T.H.O.R.P.™ (Twin Hydraulic Opposing Rapid Pistons) is Asetek SimSports®' hydraulic brake cylinder, providing racers with the ultimate experience of driving a real racing car. This pedal is "Made in Denmark," with design, manufacturing, and assembly all done in Denmark. The brake cylinder uses an automotive pressure sensor to enable the most realistic brake experience in Sim Racing.
Want to shave off a few tenths from your best lap time? The Invicta Sim Racing Pedals will help you do just that. Since half of a race car's steering is done through pedal input, many people undervalue it. Do you want to immerse yourself in a racing experience where you can feel everything except the smell of burning rubber using a racing simulator? Invicta will be a crucial piece of your racing simulator.
Compatibility with Invicta Throttle Footrest: An easily attachable accessory that allows you to rest your foot during long races.
Technical specifications
- Sophisticated, cutting-edge, and minimalist Danish industrial design (Community Design Registration number 009148265-0001/0002/0003)
- Adjustable pedal stops
- Adjustable travel settings
- Pedal base, pedal arms, and pedal plates in all-black anodized aluminum feature contrast cut surfaces by CNC machining
- The pedal base includes an integrated heel rest and is equipped with RGB LED that can be adjusted, dimmed, or turned off completely via RaceHub software
- Adjustable pedal plates that can move in the X and Y axis directions
- Calibrations done in RaceHub are automatically saved to EPROM (Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory). As a result, calibrations (pressure, dead zones, etc.) are stored for each simulator or game (in games, values of 0 and 100% must be set)
- Whether using 2 or 3 pedals, there's only one USB connection from the pedal base to the PC
- Intuitive and easy-to-use RaceHub software for calibrating each pedal
- Pedal dead zones and end points can be set in the RaceHub software
- All adjustable mechanical features are set in orange by default
- Equipped with proprietary 16-bit resolution electronics and an automotive pressure sensor
- Smooth pedal plates gentle on socks are available as an optional purchase
- Easy to add a clutch pedal to the throttle & brake combo
- Made in Denmark
- Sustainable manufacturing method that repurposes 100% of waste on-site
- Designed and tested for over 1 million activations, far exceeding racing car specs
Brake system
- The patent-pending T.H.O.R.P. (Twin Hydraulic Opposing Rapid Pistons) hydraulic brake cylinder offers the ultimate experience of driving a real racing car
- Zero-play pedal arms made of aluminum die-cast are built with long-life ball bearings and a clevis rotation part with bronze bushings
- Sustainable manufacturing method that repurposes 100% of waste on-site
- Automotive pressure sensor
- Our own designed brake cylinder features sophisticated details from CNC machining, enhancing the overall appearance
- Three types of elastomers to adjust stiffness, with built-in physical stops and expansion chambers to replicate the perfect feeling of a racing car, without overloading the elastomers
- Manual adjustment of initial touch stiffness to replicate the distance feel between brake pads and brake discs
- Pressure sensor measures from 0 to 100 bar - tested to withstand repetitive pressure up to 100 bar (seal burst pressure is 130 bar)
- 100 bar pressure corresponds to applying a force of 180 kg on the pedal plate surface
- Aluminum forged hydraulic brake cylinder
- Pedal arms are designed to withstand a force of 200 kg and a burst pressure of up to 700 kg!
Throttle system
- Zero-play pedal arms made of aluminum die-cast are built with long-life ball bearings and a clevis rotation part with bronze bushings. Sustainable manufacturing method that repurposes 100% of waste on-site
- A 16-bit magnetic contactless hall TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) that requires no mechanical wear and maintenance
- RaceHub software allows for the adjustment and 100% customization of custom throttle curves, mimicking the butterfly open of a real racing car. For example, a linear curve for dry conditions and a progressive one for wet conditions
- Adjustable pedal stiffness, travel, and stops
- Spring replacement system for greater changes in pedal stiffness
-
Pedal arms are designed to withstand a force of 200 kg and a burst pressure of up to 700 kg!
