We would like to inform you about an important update regarding DELE Nordic.

Dele Technology Oy / DELE Nordic will discontinue its consumer (B2C) sales operations as of April 30, 2026.

From May 1, 2026 onwards, all consumer sales and new customer relationships will be handled by Apex300 Oy.


The Apex300 online store is already available at www.apex300.com

 

What does this mean for you?

  • All orders placed before May 1, 2026 will be processed as normal
  • Dele Technology Oy remains responsible for all past orders, warranties, and related customer support
  • Apex300 Oy will handle all new purchases and customer relationships from May 1, 2026 onwards

New purchases - Apex300

 

Customer data

As part of this transition, customer data related to the consumer business will be transferred to Apex300 Oy.

  • Dele Technology Oy will continue to process data related to past orders, warranties, and legal obligations
  • Apex300 Oy will process customer data for future consumer business operations

Both companies act as independent data controllers and process personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR.

 

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to processing where applicable.

Why this change?

This change allows Dele Technology Oy to focus on distribution, B2B services, and long-term development, while Apex300 Oy will focus fully on consumer sales and customer experience.
