My shipping address is outside the EU

If your delivery address is outside the EU VAT territory, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DELE Technology Oy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied as they are your responsibility as the customer. If you have any concerns regarding these questions, please contact us. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated shipping time indicated in the tables above, starting from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@dele.io with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds and returns

Returning a product

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. If you wish to return a product, please contact us at contact@dele.io and we will send you a return label for returning the product(s) to us. Once we have received the returned goods, we will check the condition of the items and issue a refund accordingly.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@dele.io with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Guarantee

All products sold by DELE have a guarantee period of at least 2 years starting from the delivery date of the product. The guarantee applies if your product is deemed defective, including any faults arising from manufacturing but excluding any damage that have arisen from improper use of the item.
