One aspect that makes Sim Racing special is the option to customize your setup according to specific needs.
The never-ending struggle for perfection is why we grind.
Different racers have different needs, which is why specific hardware solutions are necessary. What works effectively for someone else may not work for you.
Based on this, we believe combining hardware from different OEMs should be the standard in Sim Racing, and therefore, we give you the chance to select the hardware you prefer.
Pioneering the Ecosystem
In basic terms, the Invicta™ Quick-Release Adapter makes it possible to mount any steering wheel with a standard hole pattern (see specs further down on the page) on your Asetek SimSports Wheelbase.
Suppose you have an Asetek SimSport Direct Drive and wish to connect a specific steering wheel to that. In that matter, you’ll quickly notice that a compatibility problem is occurring.
But don’t worry – it’s not you lacking engineering experience.
Until now, this has not been possible. But now it is thanks to our Invicta™ Quick-Release Adapter Kit.

Asetek is partnering with the best wheel manufacturers in Sim Racing.
This means you can buy wheels equipped with Asetek Quick-Release straight from the factory! This option allows you to switch out your favorite wheel (whether it's a drive wheel or not) right out of the box, in the smoothest and most flexible way possible.
The only difference between buying it as a separate item and purchasing it integrated with a partner wheel is that the separate Invicta™ Quick-Release can come with optional power and data features. The integrated Invicta™ Quick-Release is offered as a pre-installed unit with electronics, available directly from partner wheel manufacturers.

- The sturdy, play-free Quick-Release is guaranteed not to detach even under a maximum pulling force of 500N on a 320mm wheel*

The Invicta™ Quick-Release Adapter Kit incorporates a safety release up to 500N for steering wheels up to 320mm in diameter. It also allows for safe detachment in case of emergency.
